We have only used the Swiffer a handful of times, we went through the starter fluid. We bought a refill (our first) and now it won't work. We replaced the battery and cleaned it, the light comes on but the spray does not work. I tried calling, no one answers, I tried the chat, and I am not giving a credit card to talk to someone. This seems to be very poor customer service. So I am out the money I paid because or your poor quality machine?
