I purchased the starter kit for the Skylanders Wii, the portal worked for 6 hours, my husband immediately went online and requested a new usb receiver. It took 8 days for us to get an email from them saying they got our email. A label had been created but nothing had been shipped, soon it will be two weeks since we turned in our issue. Activision if you are going to make a toy/game that is wanted by everyone, and they are willing to drop 70.00 for just the game, the portal and three little guys, a replacement part should have been overnighted to the consumer. There is no excuse for two weeks to pass and not have the piece that they need in order to play the game. I have bought many of activisions games, but after this i dont know.
