We purchased a 2007 Lincoln MKZ AWD in August 2007. My mechanic noticed gear oil leaking from under the car. Lincoln designed the location of the PTU so its surounded by the exhaust, catalytic converter and engine. This location is basicaly an oven. They failed to provide any cooling so the 24 oz. of gear lube is cooked off. No recall or buletin about it so we're screwed!
