Defective products, Substandard *** poor Customer Service, Lack of and delayed response

1

Bought a Black Aces Pro S Max in June 2020 from my FFL in Arizona. It's been one issue after another. Multiple double feeding, second shell ejects into feed ramp on multiple occasions, and failure to eject on the expended round. Emailed and called their Corporate office multiple times, even Facebook and took them at least 7-8 times with emails, Facebook DM's, and finally calling them out on their page thread/posts about their lack of attentiveness to customer issues. I currently have a shell stuck in the feed ramp and can't get the damn thing out. Emailed the their CEO, a former Marine and told me to just fix the shell/round retention pin by prying it wider so as to be more pronounce with shell retention....last I check, manufacturer warranty voids itself if you try to fix the weapon without proper credentials or training. Corresponded below: Me: Yep..the retention pin for the rounds. So you're wanting to adjust it myself and should something happen with the current round stuck in the feedramp then it's ok right? With a small tool, apply pressure to the underside in order to bend it slightly. This will give more of an aggressive angle to the shell stop. It's easy and fast .On Fri, Dec 18, 2020 at 3:01 PM, Eric Lemoine wrote: Ahh, if I'm understanding right, two shells are presenting out of the mag tube at once?
