Defective product—won’t replace

Purchased a myhydrate water bottle, and used it for a few months. Out of the blue, it just stopped working. Battery was replaced, still won't work. Emailed company several times about defective product, and they refuse to respond to my emails. I tried to call several times, and never get a response to my messages. Very poor customer service, and company does not stand by their product.
