Defective product. Sneaky charges. Rude customer service.

I have order from their catalog before. This time I ordered from the website. I ordered one bra. On sale. To avoid paying for shipping I should for the membership for 1.99 planning to cancel soon. After I submitted the order, I got a notice that I was charged for shipping plus the membership. I immediately canceled the whole order. Still, the package showed up! Upon opening, I saw the bra hooks were applied to the wrong side of the bra! Argh. So I called multiple times. Never getting through. Finally, I spoke to a person. I can return it with shipping on me! So I'm out 17 plus 1.99 for membership and still no bra! dollars shipping User's recommendation: Avoid buying from Woman within or any of the other companies under that name!
