Defective Power Bank

I purchased a 30,000 mAh Battery Bank Sense 8 + and on June 23, 2020 the unit shorted out aboard a AA Flight from DFW to SFO and resulted in the plane going back to the gate and i was forced to exit the aircraft. This resulted in the loss of $746.82 for the fight plus the forced cancellation of Hotel reservations in San Francisco, CA ($882.12) I share this with you because I feel your device is Defective and a Safety Hazzard to anyone using your Products. The Most disturbing part of my investigation with your company was finding out the Customer Service Phone Number listed on Amazon.com was no longer in service. Despite the loss suffered by myself I simply want ROMOSS to accept responsibility and take whatever measures are necessary to correct this situation. User's recommendation: AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
