I’ve bought a phone from this company, and I’ve been prompted to update it and when I did I can’t hear any calls! I’ve called apple and they said it’s not a software issue, that it’s a hardware issue. It’s a new phone there shouldn’t be any issues so I tried to contact the smarter phone company but they will not contact me back! Or answer my calls! Please help!
