Defective new Bosch microwave shorted out

My new Bosch microwave developed burn marks on the back panel. The unit was replaced with the same 500 model and the same problem happened . I need to know why this is happening before I try a Bosch Microwave again. Please call immediately. Thank you, Merle weinberg
