Defective merchandise

The Poshmark company has a clearly horrific attitude towards the clients. Their customer service simply does not exist. Poshmark's website has a lot of poor-quality clothing that differs from the picture. I bought the leggings at $445 and it was clear that they were defective without closely looking. I was fighting to return the order to the company, it took me 10 days. I explained their fault and showed how bad the quality of the leggings was. It didn't work, they declined my request. The leggings were too expensive, and they proposed me only $20.
Hopefully, I managed to do something about the situation, my credit card company helped me. They were not surprised with my problem as they faced a lot of dissatisfied Poshmark customers before.
I couldn't get my money back for ao long, that is why I hardly recommend you not to visit the website. All they want is profit and they don't care about customers and the quality of the services. You would better pay more but be sure not to have business with Poshmark.
It would be great if everybody ignore them and make a boycott because there are a lot of other decent websites that deserve our attention.
