Defective ion color is old and stale

The product I already told you the ion permanent color 12.3 lightest blonde is on the shelves at Sally's beauty supply store dry stale.Not able to squeeze out tube. Old all need yo be replaced and hive me free products for inconvenience as ruin my time money and hair etc. They only gave me back what I paid. Send me supplies free This is the 5th box I returned.
