Defective Gauge

I own a Hayward pump and filter, the pressure gauge has failed three years in a row, I reached out to Hayward July 1st, they said they will mail out a new one. It's been a month, I followed up four times with customer support with no response, I called and waited in a queue for an hour, the company calls back and it hangs up on me. For a company as large as them, it's a shame. User's recommendation: good luck getting support.
