I paid $400 for ugg snow boots. It was towards the end of the winter. When I first wore them one foot felt colder then the other, but i did not think much of it at the time. I wore them only once before winter ended. The following years we went without much snow and significantly cold temperatures, so I never felt the need to wear them. Fast forward four years later, I wanted to sport them in the snowy weather, sure enough I was right. Not only was one foot colder but one foot was feeling wet. Bottom line, this is inexcusable, the boots clearly look new because they have not been worn much and they turned out to be defective. Highly disappointing! I feel completely blindsided and pretty much robbed from my money. Do not recommend these boots at all. Product or Service Mentioned: Ugg Winter Boots.
