We purchased durastone flooring after being assured the flooring was "virtually indestructible". My husband and I are the only 2 people living in my home and the floor was so disgusting within a couple years that I purchased runners and area rugs 2 try to cover all the scratches, chips etc. another issue with the flooring is it cannot withstand normal sun exposure. The flooring is so discolored from the sun it appears I have two different floors in the same room. I contacted the company and the dealer within about a year of purchasing and neither were of any help. I don't understand how there can be so many unhappy customers and no resolution. Isn't someone accountable!
