Defective Christmas tree

I ordered a pop-up Christmas tree from Brylane homes in December 2020 and upon receiving the tree the top lights did not work. I have called customer service several times over the past 2 months and sent many emails with photos as requested by their customer service representative. I have received no response or communication regarding this matter. I want a refund on this tree and for them to pay the shipping to return the item User's recommendation: Don’t use this company.
