Defective chair

1/7/2020 matador 7 pce dining suite delivered. One chair is cracked. 2/7/2020 reported this to sasolburg branch &;;;;; customer care. No feedback received. Desired solution is please replace the defective chair. User's recommendation: Check delivered goods.
