Defective board

Ordered this board for my son as a birthday present and it took a long time to get it. The one arrived was defective and when I tried to turn it on it made these strange sounds. I decided to return it for a replacement so I contacted Hoverboard360 company. Their rep said that there was nothing they could do because they were not able to accept any returns. I was in contact with these guys for over four moths and tried to get my money back! But they refused. Avoid this website like a plague!
