I purchased this battery on 11/1/19 for my bike. It worked at first but then lost its charge and would not start the bike when away on a ride. I had the bike evaluated and it is not the problem; the problem repeated itself afterwards. i took this battery back twice and they would not replace it. It eventually went out of warranty. User's recommendation: Don't expect real support after purchase. They sound professional but will avoid solving the problem.
