DEFECTIVE AIR-CON

Kent Leong Air-con supplied and installed a second hand casement window air-con S$350 for me in 16 July 2011 with a 6 months warranty. In November 2011, the air-con exploded with a big sound and stopped working. Kent Leong sent a technician to replace some spare parts inside.After that the air-con was noisy and not cold. After complaining, Kent Leong refused to provide further service.The warranty will expired in 16/12/2011.What can I do? Please offer some advise Edwin Lee email:[protected]@yahoo.com
