The rental car I was given was defected. One of the safty control light was on. Once I arrived at my destination the car was not moved due to questionable safety of the car. I have contacted Fox Rent a Car in Krakow airport, about the existing problem.I was told to fix it my self. The advise given to me was ineffective. The car is undrivible. I request a refund for the amount of days the car was not used. For safety reason I do not feel comfortable using the car. I ask for speedy resolution to this problem and a refund.
