Original review updated by user May 11, 2021 So far I have bought 2 Shakespeare agility bait casting reels and both of them have had the same problem. When I attempted to spool both of them, at a certain point the reel would stop working. I would rotate the handle, but the reel wouldnt spin. This would continue to happen even after taking off all of the fishing line on the reel. Is there a simple solution to this that I dont know about or have I gotten two different defected reels in a row? If not I want a full refund. I have tried everything to contact them and it seems they know how awful their products are because they made it incredibly difficult to reach customer service. How can two reels break the same way both times?
