Had my camera a few years but used it only a couple of times. I called customer service, and I was on hold for 2 hours before I reached a live person. The phone number had so many infra ads it was impossible to get them on the phone. After 2 hours wait, she tells me there is nothing they can do since my camera is over a year old. I will never buy anything from them again. User's recommendation: Don’t buy this product.
