I am deeply disturbed that since 7/24/19 I have been going through a horrific experience with one of your properties in Brunswick, GA (Westway Apartments). I am now between homes, without money and do not know where to go as I am new to the area. I have called, left a message, and have been emailing the company and property manager, Cassie O'Quinn to no avail. There have been many excuses and nothing done. It has literally left me in a terrible ordeal. The property manager rushed to have me pay for the rest of July ($455) in order to get the keys to move in but now that I am moving out, to no fault of my own but for the negligance of the property manager, she and her director say that I have to return the keys WITHOUT GETTING MY MONEY BACK. The way this has been handled is so out of order, unethical and borderline illegal. Someone, please have the decency to return my email or call in order to clarify the matter. KM
