Deep concern
1
Went to Dairy Queen on 4-5-20 located @ 3154 West Sahara Ave, Las Vegas. My husband and I ordered 1 small strawberry sundae and 2 boxes of Dilly Bars. We love Dairy Queen. However, no one in your store was wearing gloves nor face masks. Server 025, #4 opened the drive thru window. No mask, no gloves. Took our debit card, ran it, passed it back to us, then passed us our order without sanitizing her hands. We were reluctant to take it, but it happened so fast. My husband did ask for the Dilly Bars to be placed into a bag because she was going to pass those out without a bag. When we got home we immediately sanitized our hands and then our purchase. This needs to be addressed. At a time when the safety of all food products and social distancing is critical. Dairy Queen flopped to say the least. The drive thru was busy so I am sure the same practice of non safety was the same for them. I don't know these employees, they don't know me. How can we stop the spread when your employees don't wear gloves, wear masks or sanitize their hands. I wish now we took a video but we never expected this neglect to protect it's customers from covid 19 to have occurred. I sincerely hope you address this issue in your company.
