SIR, MY MOBILE NO IS +[protected] FROM MAHARASHTRA INDIA. THEIR WAS A DEDUCTION OF RS.1.0/- DAILY FROM MY MOBILE FOR RENEWAL OF SOME CRICKET PACKAGE, WHICH WAS AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED ON MY HAND SET. THEREFORE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR DEACTIVATION OF THE SERVICE. BUT I WAS TOLD BY THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY SUCH INFORMATION OF PACKAGE ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT AFTER 24 HRS. AGAIN NEXT DAY I CONTACT THE TATA DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE EXE. MR RAJESH. I TOLD MY SAME PROBLEM.HE ALSO REPEATED THE SAME ANSWER THAT THEY DO'NT HAVE ANY INFORMATION OF PACKAGE BEING ACTIVATED ON MY HANDSET. I GOT FRUSTRATED AND I WARNED HIM TO DEACTIVATE NOW ITSELF OR ELSEWHERE IS WILL COMPLAINT THE MATTER TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES . HE TOLD ME TO CUT THE CALL OR OTHERWISE WE WILL DEDUCT THE COMPLETE BALANCE FROM MY MOBILE. I TOLD HIM SEE I DON'T HAVE TIME TO CALL U EVERY DAY, SO WHAT EVER U CAN DO TO DEACTIVATE THE CRICKET PACKAGE PSE DO. HE DIDN'T LISTENED AND CUT CALL. THERE AFTER I RECEIVED A MASSAGE "THANKS FOR CHOOSING THE SMS PACKAGE U HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR RS.80/- "
