Declined Tax Refund check

I was at Kroger. On June 14th I cashed one of my tax stimulus checks and it was for 1,400. And at the same Kroger I tried to cash my other Tax Refund stimulus check for 1,802.07 and it was declined for some reason. Can you please straighten out this matter for me me and my family desperately need this check cashed, thank you for your support today...
