I have an account with QuadPay and I have excellent credit, so I do not understand why I was declined. They do not have a phone number where I can call them and I am not writing them a letter to find out why I was declined. Also, I did not authorize them to run a credit check so I do not understand why I was declined. This is very insulting and I just would like them to send me a balance in my account so that I. An pay them out. I only used the system because I did not want to use my savings or credit cards. I thought it was a great program but that is not the case. I am very embarrassed User's recommendation: Check the company policies.
