Purchased drop in resin steps in 2012. After steps spent the winter in garage the were re-installed. After a couple of weeks I noticed a couple of small cracks in rear deck flanges. After re-installing steps in 2014 one flange cracked at all 4 screw holes. I filled out contact us at vinyl works canada website. I explained how my product was only 2 years old and that I was happy with product except for the flanges cracking. You would think any company would simple drop this relatively inexpensive part in the mail. Oh no they responded with an email telling me where I could purchase them online. $12.99 each plus $10 shipping. $35 for 2 molded plastic pieces is ridiculous. I called all the area pools suppy stores. Finally I found one that them for $8.99. This company should stand behind their product better and send these out for free. There are many comments on web about these flanges cracking.
