RIPOFF! I ordered several products from this company but never received my order. I contacted them repeatedly to tell them but they insisted it was sent and told me it could take several weeks. I had to initiate a charge-back action with my bank to finally get a refund. I know they are the least expensive but what good is that if you don't ever get what you order and you have to waste tons of time writing emails to them and calling the bank etc.?
