Do not go to this provider. They indicate they will contact your insurance to determine what is covered. However, their billing department is incompetent. The doctor himself said I was covered for the procedure and up to 6 sessions of secondary treatment. It turned out they billed my insurance company for $10000 and are attempting to get me to pay $2500. This was after I stated I did not want to proceed with any procedure unless it was paid for by my insurance. Their quality assurance department stated that their costs have to cover their high overhead. I went to two different locations at their recommendation but the two locations are not in sync and the patient ends up being given false and deceptive information.
