My CONTRACT HAS an additional clause at the end to not end regardless of the length of time stated throughout the contract. The only let you cancel by telephone and then don't answer. I have been trying to cancel for three months after paying for two memberships for 2 years. I regret ever giving them my card information. I have not requested a block of the merchant with my credit card company User's recommendation: Do not sign up. Very shady company. Higher rating below are because the trainers are good. But they are having trouble with the company too... Smh.
