Overcharged on rental, cleaning and smoking fee: Rented auto 5 dys w/possibility of a cpl dys longer if dealer hadnt finished my auto repairs. Was chrgd xtra day, plus late return fee. Charged for smoking when I dont smoke. Charged for cleaning fee when car wasnt spotless when picked up. Charged additional fee for unknown expense. Called hertz in Morristown, Tn and got nowhere. Called corp ofc and got nowhere. Was chrgd 736.53 when my bill should have ONLY been 241.00! NEVER RENT FROM HERTZ BC THEY RIP CUSTOMERS OFF and will inform others: BUYER BE WARE!DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ! User's recommendation: BEWARE!
