CI purchased 2 tickets thinking that I was buying from ticketmaster.com. I had no idea that they were resellers until too late. I called them up to cancel my order after one minute of placing my order and they refused to cancel. It's one thing if you knew you were buying at resale and how much you were being overcharged, it's another when they deceive you on purpose and you get redirected to their website. They suggest that I resell my tickets if I didn't want them. Oh, yeah, so they can make more money out of me. I filed complaint with BBB today.
