FiltersFast support responded to every text and email until I mentioned "cancel" then they stopped responding. I ordered filters on Sept 27th, 2018. By Oct 6th, I still had not received the filters so I texted customer support and was told that the items were backordered until Oct 30th, 2018. I immediately responded with a request to cancel the order as I could get them faster elsewhere. I texted and emailed the company several more times to cancel the order. On Oct 15th, 2018 I received a response to my text that said, "As I was in the process of cancelling your order I see that it is being packaged for shipment. The 10/30 shipment arrived early". I responded to the text with, "Cancel the order". Today, Oct 16th, 2018, I received responses to two of my emails, both saying, "we're sorry, we're unable to cancel your order as it has already shipped".
