This company is very deceitful and moral of this company is next to none. I just spoke with a rep name "Stephanie", at contract dept. I have been trying to terminate the contract. I was told by a different rep name Mitch, that our contract end as of March 10, 2018. He never adviced me to give 90 days notice (I contacted him October 16, 2017). Their customer service is horrible and each waiting time (if they answer) was more than 20 min. Stephanies' assistance was so dry and rude. She cuts me off and when I was explaining what was told and what was not told previously regarding the contract (I also asked for a copy of contract they have, what was never sent to me), she was easily agitated. I told her that I don't appreciate the tone, she told me I was the one rude (what?). I asked her to send me a copy of the contract; I would be very surprised if she will. They charge a lot more than other places, but there is no customer service. They act as we as customer has to please them. If you are expecting them to respect you as a customer, don't deal with this company, you will get none.
