1993 HFB built a house for us on land he did not own and built it on a landslide area. Forging signatures, bribing officials, collusion with banks & title companies. We had to go to court but had a judge who represented a builder. We ended up having to pay for the house and pay 3 years rent. The building industry, state insurance Dept, title industry, banking industry, and judicial system are all corrupt. Our 5 yr old child also deveoped PTSD due to the house slipping and causing pipes and furnace structures to break. FD had to respond multiple times. Buyer beware!!!! The public is not protected from any of these industries!
