02/08/2018 We hired a van on April 20th.2018. This is our reference IT890078960. Now we just noticed that you debited our account by €48.80 on the 29/07/2018. To our disappointment this was done without our authorization. We had paid in full with full insurance so there should be no extra charges. Whilst waiting for your reply we hope you settle this as soon as possible. Manuel & Rita Jones.
