Debit on G-cash

Nag withdraw ako sa PNB MOBILE 1 BANK, una lumabas lang ang card ko na walang pera tas inulit ko lumabas na ang card at yung cash ko. Pero yung account ko sa ATM nabawasan witch is hindi ko nakuha ang pera na yun! Paki tulongan naman po ako mabalik yung pera ko. Salamat
