Debit card security
I was logged out when I attempted to order my morning coffee subscription in my phone app. Trying to log back in, password didnt work. I couldnt reset it because the hacker changed my email. Customer service is open M-F 9-4!! Nice hours. Now I was concerned because my debit card is attached to the coffee subscription. Sure enough, I had to suspend my debit card because someone had been attempting to crack the password on it. User's recommendation: Do not get a coffee subscription from Panera Bread, or allow them to have credit/debit information on file. It is a security risk, and Customer Service is not available to help.
