All locations in my area are closed on weekends. I needed cash for a vacation and went to use my debit card. Card got rejected and I find out from the main office that my card was cancelled, without any notification to me, because I haven't used it in 1 year. I've been doing business with this bank for over 10 years. I'm an active customer and visit the branch often, no one has ever told me about the 1 year stupid rule.
