I consider myself one that will read the find print to make it would not be able to use my card ever again. I spoke to two different people, they could care less and just keeping reading out of their manuals, saying "It's perfectly clear on the web page" I have now paid $60 for 2 requests, obviously I don't work for the FBI so have no need to look up 100's a day.
