Dear Valued Customer: We sincerely apologize from the bottom of our hearts for any inconvenience that you experienced. Employees of our company have been helping many thousands of valued customers live longer, healthier lives for up to 33 years. Due to a number of changes in the marketplace and other factors, to our great disappointment, our company experienced unforeseen, extreme financial setbacks that created a domino effect of challenges. We never could have imagined that we would have such financial struggles after approximately three decades in the fitness industry. We were advised to file bankruptcy as millions of other businesses have but we chose not to when we learned that our valued customers would likely not receive delivery of their orders, refunds, or satisfaction in full. Despite numerous obstacles and working around the clock in a tireless effort 7 days a week to ship orders, when the company was unable to pay vendors so orders could ship, we injected our personal funds and borrowed money to ensure all customer orders were fulfilled and fully satisfied. We took numerous steps to ensure the remaining customers were made whole who did not yet receive their deliveries including contacting customers directly, posting a message in large yellow text on the homepage of our website many months ago, and submitting online comments such as this, encouraging customers to “please” email us immediately at WeCare@***.com, in our determined efforts to satisfy each and every customer in full with either delivery of their order or a full refund plus accrued interest. Since the company was struggling financially, it was unable to hire or retain enough quality employees due to rapid turnover, therefore the level of service the company was able to provide diminished.
