I received a valentine bouquet today from Bouqs. It was made up of several filler flowers, one rose and two dead stems. I contacted customer service, waited the hour plus and was told a $10 credit could be offered since I did receive some flowers(?). Horrible customer service, horrible flowers and stems and overall horrid experience. User's recommendation: Don’t buy flowers at bouqs.
