Dead flowers and a day late

1 Dozen Red roses for Valentines Day 2021 arrived Hand Delivered the day after Valentines Day. Roses black and frozen, petals and leaves falling off when removed from box. Florist was contacted late on Valentines Day inquiring about order NOT BEING RECEIVED-and informed us nonchalantly -delivery would come day after.- so sorry. Run around on phone between personnel. Would only offer refund of 1/2 the cost of 1 dozen roses. Request for supervisor resulted in Automated Manager survey. Unacceptable! Problem not handled. Intend to file a report with BBB. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY TO SCAMMERS! Read other reviews LONG history- unprofessional. HEY AVA- do right by your customers! BEWARE - BRIDES, BANQUET PLANNERS, and GRIEVING FAMILIES. User's recommendation: Get a reputable florist- not Ava. It sucks to be scammed.
