I ordered three shrubs online. Two arrived ok, one arrived dead. The ok shrubs were in pots with soil, the dead one was bare root with the roots in a plastic bag, wet paper towel wrapped around them. The plastic bag was steaming hot. We immediately misted the leaves, planted the shrub and watered it. It was clearly dead two days later, gray crisp leaves. I contacted customer support through their form and got a request for pictures of the shrub so that their nursery manager could review the pictures. i heard nothing more from them to resolve the matter. After two weeks I emailed them to ask what was going on and was told to just keep it planted and watered and it would come back. They added that they couldn't send a shrub in soil to my address. REALLY??? I had received TWO shrubs in soil from them already... LIARS!! And the dead shrub is still dead. No refund, no replacement. $35 RIP OFF
