DDS refusing patient services,teeth

DDS elizabeth gallegly took over dr. annette masters office in 2010At which point,I was a good patient in good standing. After a normalexam,and perio,i was never permitted to make appts,in 2012 afterwhich I was told by reception "we won't do normal cleaning appt"you MUST ..do deep scaling or we won't see you. this was done twice,and all my calls were never returned for 4months.the upsell,and blantant disregard for the new patients,of which wasformally a fantastic office,is now corrupted.If you wish to be seen,please avoid this terrible patient service,and bullyattitude. reason: $800+ for perio cleaning..and the quote "We cannotdo your scaling in a regular,cleaning its TOO MUCH WORK.after some negotiation,i was told "no we won't accept more fee toclean..your too hard to clean.my teeth by the way,are in great conditiononly seems to point to greed.thankyou.
