They bring in coaches with little to no experience to fill positions as Head/Asst coaches for the teams that people pay $2000+ for. Sorry, but no first year coach should be a head coach and definitely not of a high school age group of boys that have paid to play. With that said, if you have the money, then you can play for Dbat. The "recruitment" process is joke. Questions are met with "how dare you question me," no response at all or "don't bother me while I am on vacation" when in reality, you are supposed to be coaching the game. I have attempted to contacted higher ups but no response either. They simply want your money, not your input/concerns. Beware and be cautious with promises given.
