I have I severely special needs child and need a generator to run his equipment when the power is out. I’ve been trying to get the gas company to do their part—installing a bigger line to accommodate this need—for 6 months. Finally a crew came yesterday to install the line. I was told at 5pm that someone was coming out to turn on gas. Then again at 6, then they left. I called numerous times and was told someone as coming. No one came. Today at 4:30pm a man came to turn on the gas, but it’s not even connected to the house! Literally no pipe connecting the gas line to the house or the generator! I called again. “The order was cancelled yesterday” is what I was told. Of course it’s Friday evening to boot.
