I have no doubt that David Plumpton was headbutting his desk after every phoncall with me. I am not the easiest or most patient person on the phone. Fortunately for me David has patience, perserverance and expertise in bucketloads. Over countless emails and calls he talked me through every stage of the process of transferring my pension.
