My daughter and I had lunch at the Eldersburg, MD, Noodles and Company on Sunday, November 3. After filling her drink, my daughter slipped and fell hard on her hip and arm. There was a large wet spot on the floor which caused her fall. No employee came to check whether she was ok, no one filed an incident report, and worst of all, no one cleaned up the floor. My daughter is finishing treatment for breast cancer; so there was potential for worse injury. However, the most appalling aspect of the situation was the total disregard of the staff for ameliorating the hazard, I am bringing this to your attention; although we will not be patronizing your restaurants in the future.
